学校紹介
Amman Academyは、インドネシアのWest Sumbawaにある学校で、2008年に既存の2校が統合して設立されました。鉱山会社の銅・金プロジェクトの従業員および請負業者の扶養家族を対象としています。2024年1月に新しいキャンパスに移転しました。Early Years、Primary Years、Middle Yearsのプログラムと、高等学校向けのインドネシア国家カリキュラム（SMA）を提供しています。

カリキュラムをやさしく
IBの4つのプログラム
学校ごとに4つのうち一部だけを運営します。青い枠がこの学校で運営している課程です。
- IB PYP運営
幼児〜小学校 · 3〜12歳
IBの初等教育課程です。教科を分けるより、テーマを決めて問いを立て探究しながら学びます。
- IB MYP運営
中学校〜高1 · 11〜16歳
IBの中等教育課程です。8つの教科グループを関連づけて学び、最終学年に個人プロジェクトを行います。
- IB DP（ディプロマ）運営
高2〜高3の2年間 · 16〜19歳
大学入試に使うIBの修了資格で、一般に「IB」と言えばこの課程です。6科目に課題論文（EE）・知の理論（TOK）・CASを加え、45点満点で評価します。
- IB CP（キャリア関連）この学校にはなし
高2〜高3の2年間 · 16〜19歳
DPと同じ年齢層のキャリア型IB課程です。DP科目2つ以上と、学校が選んだ職業・実務系の学習を組み合わせます。
最後の2年はDPまたはCP
