Another release says AISL 'owns and operates' and uses the Harrow name under a sub-licence from Harrow International Schools Limited (HISL), trading subsidiary of the English charity that owns Harrow School. Brands: Harrow International Schools, Harrow LiDe Schools, Harrow Hong Kong Children School, Harrow Little Lions Early Years Centres. Chairman: Dr Rosanna Wong. Guangzhou is a new campus announced for Sept 2026 (headline only). No Harrow-licensed school outside Asia appears in any AISL material read; harrowschool.org.uk has no worldwide-schools page (404) so non-Asia schools are unconfirmed.
