Privacy and trust
- Your school sees parent details only for requests the parent agreed to share. If they withdraw consent, the card leaves your board.
- Family names and contacts are never sent to the AI, and replies are never sent automatically — you copy the draft into your school mailbox.
- Demand insights show totals only and hide counts under 5. Nothing identifies a visitor.
- Personal details on cards closed or enrolled more than a year ago are erased automatically.
- Facts only. Fees and admissions details should match the school's official documents.
- Upload only photos the school may share; recognisable students only with guardian consent.
- Every field your school changes is kept in the change history.
- No automatic emails. Parent contact details appear only on requests the parent agreed to share.
How we verify school staff

Apply with a work email on the same domain as the school website. The code will be emailed once our official mailbox is live; until then our team follows up.

After applying you get a code. Place it on one page of the school website for a while and give us the address; our checker reads that page.

Our team approves after checking, then your workspace opens. Nothing can be edited before approval.
