Earlier: 20-F FY2024 says BGY Education Investment and its schools deconsolidated since 2021-08-31, and after 2024-09-01 'school' means overseas schools only; contractual arrangements with Foshan Meiliang and nine domestic kindergartens ended 2024-08-31. The official site lists no China schools any more, so no China K-12 are recorded. Homepage also shows 1 school in Malaysia (unnamed on any page read) - not recorded. Other overseas units not recorded (not K-12): CSVPA arts college (Cambridge/London), Stafford House language schools (London, Cambridge, Canterbury), summer camps.
