After we receive your application the team explains the verification steps. Nothing is published before verification is complete.

• No time alone with children. A parent or guardian is present whenever a partner meets a family.
• Local partners never do licensed work. Housing brokerage, visa and immigration advice or paperwork, moving and guardianship go only to licensed partners whose registration we checked.
• Contact details are shared only after a match, and only what is needed. We ask for details about a child only when the request truly needs them.
