About
Founded in October 2008 as a recognised German overseas school in the Al Maamoura area of Doha. Supported and supervised by the German Ministers of Culture (KMK) and the Central Federal Agency for German Schools Abroad (ZfA). Offers kindergarten, primary (grades 1-4) and secondary I and II, based on the Thuringian curriculum adapted to the requirements of Qatar's Supreme Education Council. Grades 11 and 12 follow the IB Diploma Programme (German/English).
