Schooling
Education: Indonesia's 'SPK' cooperation schools
A school operator's guide explains that Indonesia replaced the 'international school' label with SPK (cooperation schools) under Permendikbud 31/2014. SPK schools partner with an accredited foreign institution, and Bahasa Indonesia is taught to all students. As of 2026-10-30 our directory lists 42 schools in this city (still growing).
- SPK instead of 'international school'
- Partnered with a foreign accreditor
- Bahasa Indonesia for all
